Whether you have been "flashed" by a radar camera (GATSO), stopped by the police, or involved in an accident you are at risk of being prosecuted, receiving penalty points on your licence, being disqualified from driving or even receiving a custodial sentence.

If the first notification is a letter through your postbox containing a form headed NOTICE OF INTENDED PROSECUTION requiring you or the registered keeper of the vehicle to provide details of the driver of the vehicle then you should contact us without delay for advice before completing the form.

Even if you have already received a summons to appear in Court you should contact us.

Some offences carry mandatory or discretionary disqualification.  Most others carry penalty points.  12 points ["Totting Up"] and you are subject to a mandatory minimum 6 months disqualification.  We can argue on your behalf that there are special reasons behind the qualifying offence or exceptional hardship to others would follow any ban.    We have expert advocates who appear daily in the Magistrates and Crown Courts throughout the country who know exactly what the Court requires.

If you are contesting the charges, either on factual or technical grounds ("loophole defences") then our team of experts from senior ex-police driving instructors to consultant engineers and toxicologists are on hand to help.
